 The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo publishes solicitation of bids for projects below. To obtain all pertinent project information and instructions you must contact our Procurement/Risk Officer, Cheri Wilkerson, by phone at (719) 586-8977, by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. via TTY 719-584-7621, or you may apply on line. In addition, you may obtain a hard copy from our office on Victoria for a non-refundable amount of $15,00. To insure you have the correct information for a project, you must include the bid number, requestor's name, company name and address, phone number and e-mail address. Incomplete information will delay you from receiving the project information needed to submit a bid. Please pay particular attention to closing dates listed on the projects as no proposals will be accepted after that date and time. The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, Colorado reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in the bid specifications. The Housing Authority encourages minority and resident owned businesses to participate. Reminder: 1) registration is required for each bid, 2) no registrations will be accepted for closed bids.

RFP 17-312-OPER Payroll & Human Resources Software/Services Product

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo, Colorado will receive proposals for payroll and HR services/software. Proposals will be received until Friday, November 17, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time at the Housing Authority of Pueblo Central Management Facility; 201 S. Victoria Avenue, Pueblo, Colorado. All proposals received by the date and time of receipt specified will be evaluated.

HUD Section 3 - Economic Opportunities

The Housing Authority is proud to participate in the Section 3 program to assist those residents of public housing and low-income workers to pursue and secure business opportunities. . The Section 3 program is governed by HUD and requires to the greatest extent feasible, that economic opportunities will be given to Section 3 residents and businesses in the area.  Those opportunities include employment, contracts, and job training. If you live in government-assisted housing or if your household income falls below HUD's income limits, you may qualify as a Section 3 resident or Section 3 business concern.  For more information on Section 3 policies and guidance go to HUD Section 3.
